This graduation project is the design for a Hubei pharmaceutical wastewater treatment process of treatment plant. Main task is to complete the design calculation of this pharmaceutical wastewater treatment plant's treatment process.
The flow of the wastewater in this design is 20000 m3/d. the water quality is the antibiotic-wastewater. It belongs to a high concentration organic wastewater. it has a more pollution and it's the one of difficulties of the industrial wastewater treatment. Therefore it needs to be treated before discharge. The water quality of influent before being treated are listed as follows: COD = 5000mg / l, BOD = 2750mg / l, SS = 2400mg / l, =185 mg / l,Color=500. while the water quality standard of effluent are listed as follows Correspondingly: COD 300mg / l, BOD 100mg / l, SS 150mg / l., 50 mg / l,Color 80.
According to the characteristics of the wastewater quality,Using the coagulation settler, hydrolysis acidification tank, UASB reactor and SBR reactor as the main structure for wastewater treatment. After pre-treatment(including the coagulation settler and hydrolysis acidification), the wastewater is improved biochemical treatment ability,and also enables the higher concentration of SS and colloidal substances having a effective removal, so as to reduce the operating load of the follow-up treatment process.In later stages, after pre-treatment of wastewater organic load remains high, so using the UASB and SBR process, that the anaerobic and aerobic processes to further processing to make the water purification.
The water will meet second national water quality level by this combination process.
